Shipping policy

We ship to the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China. Most orders arrive 5 to 10 days after they ship, plus 1 to 3 days for us to prepare them. If you fly soon, order at least two weeks before you leave.

You get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If your order has not arrived 20 days after it shipped, reply to your order confirmation email and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by the customer.
