Delivery
Ships from our partner warehouse in China, which is how shipping stays free. Most orders arrive 5 to 10 days after they ship, plus 1 to 3 days for us to prepare them, with a tracking link by email. Flying soon? Order at least two weeks before you leave, or email hello@secondthought.asia with your date first and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Returns and refunds
Damaged, faulty or not as described: tell us within 30 days with a photo and we send a replacement or refund you in full, no need to send it back. Not with you 20 days after it ships: we send another or refund you.
Will I pay import tax?
These are small, low-value parcels and most arrive with nothing extra to pay. If your country does charge tax or duty on delivery, it is paid by you.
